This is a PERFECT picture of how you should be eating, LOVE THIS!!!! When it comes to eating, Size Does Matter 😉 Have your larger meal for breakfast then start cutting back on your portion size for lunch and dinner.
If you workout first thing in the morning, have something small and light before you workout (i.e.: green tip banana, 1 cup or plain Greek yogurt or oatmeal, 1 slice of Ezekiel bread) to give your body fuel to get through your workout. Then After your workout, have your bigger HEALTHY breakfast.
